Boarding:

boarding begens up to one hour prior to scheduled departure times for all afternoon and early evening dinner cruises.

Ticket window:

Tickets can be purchased up to an hour and a half in advance prior to schedule departure times, at our ticket window, located at at 308 Nairn ave. During high water levels our docking location is subject to change, tickets can be purchased on site at our temporary Docking location (please click the link below, this will direct you to a map).

Tickets are non-refundable and issued subject to conditions. Ticket is not valid if stub is unattached.

Boarding pass is issued subject to the following conditions:

 

1.- The M.S. River Rouge reserves the right to refuse boarding or passage

2.- Cruisetime is calculated from time of boarding. The date, time, and route are each subject to change without notice.

3.- The M.S. River Rouge assumes no responsibiility for lost or stolen articles, nor for any loss of life, personal injury, damage or loss to any property occuring without the actual fault of privity of the owner beyond the limitations in the Canada Shiping Act.

4.- Passengers are prohibited from bringing on board food and any alcoholic beverages for their consumption in breach of the Liquor Control Act.

5.- Appropriate casual dress and proper footwear is required.

6.- The holder of this ticket assumes the responsibility for any damage caused to any property of M.S. River Rouge and will be liable for the cots to replace or repair damaged property.

7.- Taxes are additional over and above fare.
